A Mechanical Heritage

Comprising more than 160 components, 104 of which are manufactured in Sainte-Croix in our workshops, the Vinylophone was developed in collaboration with François Junod, a world-renowned master automaton maker.

Rooted in the craftsmanship of its region of origin, the Vinylophone also pays homage to the history of Sainte-Croix, once world-renowned for the manufacture of record players. It thus carries on one of the region’s iconic traditions by incorporating Thorens mechanical motors dating back to 1925, never before mounted on a gramophone.

See the Music Come to Life

Immortalizing each vinyl record in our memory, the Vinylophone offers a truly immersive musical experience.

With its minimalist design, it reveals its entire inner workings, evoking traditional music boxes but with a completely different approach. Each component becomes visible and plays a full part in the experience, revealing the full complexity of the mechanism that brings the music to life.
